I had been on diets all my life, and gone up and down in weight. Nothing seemed to work so I thought I would try something different and hypnosis seemed a bit scary to start with, but Angel made me feel really comfortable and what I learnt was I needed to work on my beliefs about myself. I went to see Angel after just coming out of hospital (for the 4th time) I had had two back surgeries which only made me worse not better, highly medicated and walking with the aid of crutches.
